Family Time in Mac Town . . .

The OG 3 and our spouses met up in Mac Town
to spend a 4 day weekend with Grandpa Don!

Lucas couldn't make it, but the 3 grand-daughters joined us!

We visited the Archer/Bremyer farm just a mile from Dad's house - so beautiful!

A little slice of heaven on Earth!

Kate got to ride bare back and was in heaven!!!

Never wanting to go home . . .

We played lots of cards - and the girls stayed busy too.

We played Pickleball and tennis!
It was so HOT we got the courts all to ourselves!

Molly, in her favorite element!

Kate learning by watching big sis . . .

We swam at Debbie's pool! "Grandma Dodo" -
Debbie Eickbush, Grandma's best friend

We took walks . . .

And Sarah took Mom's Z3 convertible home with her!!

We were all so excited for her!!

This was my view home - Mike I took separate cars to take Dad's treadmill and nativity set back to KC - plus lots of old pictures and boxes. Molly was in front seat with me and this was our view of St. Joseph behind us. :) Mike had seat-belted him in for me.

July Daze . . .

My flower garden is in full bloom!

When Molly isn't scooping ice-cream or babysitting this summer,
you'll most likely see her on the tennis courts!

Kate and I went to see our friend and neighbor,
Caroline, perform in "Finding Nemo!"

Kate played her first ever tennis match in JTT. She played against a boy who had more experience and she definitely held him to a close game  - tied -/4. It was SO fun to watch! Lots of rallies!

We found out this summer that Kate has developed an oral allergy and is very limited on what foods she can eat raw - so we have started allergy shot injections twice a week. She's been SO BRAVE! Two shots in the arm twice a week.

Love a summer thunderstorm!!!

I walked Bear around the block after the rain - and
when we returned to the house we saw this HUGE rainbow!

Double rainbow!!

I found Kate and Lucy in the backyard making s'mores . . .

Last Stop: Breckenridge!

After a 5 hour drive from Telluride after the parade, we arrived in Breckenridge at 6 - just in time for Happy Hour with the Provinos on the 4th of July! They had Caprese Kebobs waiting for us and they were  DELICIOUS!

Sister Cousins
{Izzy-16, Molly-15, Kate-12}

Love being at the Provinos!

They made a delicious dinner with grilled hamburgers
and melon/cucumber salad!

Saturday morning we girls did a hike behind their house . . .

Sisters!!!

And the guys did the Vail Pass Hike . . .

The Guys - Mike & Mark

4th of July Morning in Telluride!

4th of July morning in Telluride was SO MUCH FUN! The energy all over town was so exciting - the shops and restaurants along Main Street were for the most part open before the parade started at 11. And nothing was too crowded - short lines but enough for everyone. It was perfect! We enjoyed some wonderful food and shopping, people watching before the parade began.

The backdrop of the parade was just gorgeous - not only was the weather PERFECTION, but then you have the mountains framing Main Street - it was just GORGEOUS.

I really love Telluride!

Molly and I separated from Kate and Mike for a bit - then we saw them here and they looked so cute in front of the mountain range, had to take a pix!

The parade started with a plane fly-over . . .

And then plane ended with 3 F16 fighter jets  flying over . . .

It was so cool! God Bless America!!
