Snow Days for Days . . .

In the last two weeks, the girls have had FOUR Snow Days off of school - add to that lots of weekends of snow and well, we've had a lot of FUN snow days this January!

Bear LOVES the snow, especially when the girls play with him in it - he loves when they throw snowballs in the air for him to catch!

This was the first big snowfall . . . we had no idea how much more was coming!

I love a good snow day! We rented the Taylor Swift Eras tour concert on
Netflix to listen to in the background, as we baked cookies, made hot cocoa,
painted hearts and went in/out to play!

{Anna, Vivian, Molly}

We made homemade pizza for lunch after everyone went sledding and were hungry!

Kate and I painted Valentine hearts . . . and then she painted her hands. (?)

After lunch, the snow started to subside, so the girls all went outside to make our front yard into various levels of sledding runs . . .

Molly is an expert at making moguls in the sledding hills to catch some air!

Poor Bear is getting tired of all the snow and just wants to play catch again -

Fresh cookies!

Kate's "Snow Owl"

Did I mention how much Bear loves snow?

The girls tried to do a good deed, but helping a neighbor stuck in the mud with their car - and they got splattered pushing the car out of the mud/snow. It made for a good laugh!

This view . . . .

More sledding runs . . .

Every snow day, called for Shirley Temples - or
what we now call at our house, "Taylor Swifts!"

Ruby and Kate love the hills even more once they are iced offer and slick!

Kate made time to set up our front room as a "Vet Clinic" - I guess she's hiring!

Las Vegas with Kinsie!

My first work trip in over 15 years and it was a good one! We went to Las Vegas for the PPAI Trade Show and it was so fun learning all the latest gifting and promotional products and employee onboarding ideas! It was great for us all to get to know each other more - as half of us joined (the company doubled in size) this past fall. I love how collabarive they all are. They are creative, smart and the most hard working crew I've worked with in a very long time! We all work from home around our kids/family schedules - but we are very good at what we do! I'm so excited for what 2024 has in store for Kinsie!

We got in LATE Monday night, so this was our view Tuesday morning when we awoke early to get to the Trade Show when it opened!

Bright eyed and ready!
{Lily, Halli, Eliza, Katie, Linsey, Me}

The owners (Katie + Linsey) gifted us the entire trip plus our cute
Kinsie backpacks to wear for the show and collect samples in!

We walked from 9:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m. straight - and when we came out - it was a beautiful sunset!

Pix with Susie too! I worked with Susie 25 years ago in Sprint Event Planning and it's SO FUN to get to work together again!!!

The best team! I feel very lucky!

First night dinner was SO GOOD!

Fresh margs!

We walked another whole day on Wednesday and saw the entire show!

We celebrated Wednesday night with dinner and the Beatles Cirque Show!

We "found" a limo ride from dinner to the show!

It was FABULOUS! So fun to see a show where the stage
was literally built just for it! It was amazing!

Good night, Vegas! I miss my girls and Mike and
can hardly wait to fly home tomorrow morning!

Cure' of Ars Trivia Night!

The Cure' of Ars Trivia Night went away in 2020 due to the Pandemic and hadn't been back - but this year - in 2024, they brought it back and everyone was SO excited! Always such a fun night -raising money for the school. Our team of 8 went as Vandelay Industries - from Seinfeld and we had a lot of fun planning our costumes and table!

Bryan Flanagan aka Cosmo Kramer

Megan + John Schlick AKA Elaine + Jerry

Kenny + Katy Unruh AKA George Castanza and Mrs. Castanza

Kirsten + Bryan Flanagan AKA The Soup Nazi + Cosmo Kramer

Mike, in the 8 Ball Jacket!

Mike + Jenny, Puddy + Sue Ellen Mischke (The Braless Wonder)! Ha!

Mike did an awesome job on decorations . . .

Rye Bread, Babka, Pretzels and Muffin Tops . . .

Mike made a Fusilli Jerry for the occasion . . .

Love this crew! It was such a fun night! We got runner up for our costumes
but didn't even come close to winning the Trivia!  LOL!

And of course, our Festivus pole . . .
