Saturday in McPherson!

Started the day playing tennis and pickle ball before it got too hot.

Molly's tennis game is really improving! It's so fun to watch her!

And the competition was fierce for pickleball . . . 

Then, we went to Debbi's (Grandma DoDo as she told us to call her 

when her BFF, Grandma JoJo passed away) to swim! Her backyard and pool are beautiful.

She had sweet gifts for the girls . . .

Then, we showered for mass and out for dinner!

These are the days . . .

Mac Town: Celebrating the 1st Week of Summer!

 

Lots of hours of daylight and gorgeous weather meant we didn't want to come inside until the sun went down! First up - a water balloon competition!

It started out nice and civilized . . . 

But as all games do with the Reichenberger family - 

it soon became quite competitive and out of control!

We were SOAKED!

After we were soaked, we decided to do "dizzy" relay races - because why not?!

Even Grandpa got in the spirit . . . 

Still was light outside so we snuck in a late night kickball game!

The neighbors must think we are crazy with all the

screaming . . . but we have a lot of fun!

4th Road Trip in 5 weeks! This Time: Mac Town

 

Always love driving through the Flint Hills home to my hometown 

but in the Spring it is especially beautiful and so green!

The town where there are basketball hoops in every driveway and paw prints by the street. I love growing up here but every time I return as an adult, I love it even more. 

uch an awesome town with such humble, good people!

We tried to sort through Mom's shoes . . . over 90 pair! We used to be the same size, but when I got pregnant I went up a 1/2 size and can no longer wear her darling shoes!

Mom's stone is done and Dad ordered these beautiful

vases for him to fill with fresh flowers for her.
