Charley + Bear

 

Charley is the sweetest girl who lives just 2 doors down from us. Her owners went to Italy for vacation and they had us watch Charley for the first 4 days of their trip. She is the sweetest little golden-doodle and is just a few months younger than Bear. 

The girls were ECSTATIC to get to dog-sit for the weekend!

They were pretty cute together - but very different personalities so not sure if they tolerated each other or really enjoyed each other. 

But we had fun with Charley regardless! She's a sweetie.

But I was reminded of why I can NOT own 2 dogs at once. 

The weekend was plenty of time for me!

Our 16th!

 

It was a gorgeous Friday to celebrate our 16th Wedding Anniversary! We somehow got roped into dog sitting for our anniversary weekend, and we had one daughter home sick but we still found ways to celebrate! We started the day with a walk to the park for breakfast with Bear.

Friday night we were able to sneak away for a nice dinner on the patio at one of our favorite places. So grateful for 16 years together already!
